Account Management

Billing

The billing page in Topologis shows your current plan, subscription state, storage usage, and invoices in one place.

It is also where plan changes become visible, especially if you are collaborating with editors across one or more workspaces.

Plans and limits

Topologis has one paid plan in the product:

  • Pro Plan: $29/month per editor and 10GB of storage

The billing page shows your Pro subscription state and pairs that with your current storage usage. If you need workspace context for how projects are organized, see Workspaces and Projects.

Free trial and upgrades

The billing page is where Pro subscription changes are surfaced.

If your account is in a trial period, the billing page can show that as a trialing subscription state with a trial end date. If you need to start or manage Pro billing, this is the page where that state becomes visible.

In practice, this means trial visibility, paid subscription state, and plan management are all surfaced in one place.

Editor seats

Pro is billed per editor seat.

The billing UI describes Pro as $29/month per editor seat, and billed seat counts appear there when applicable. In workspace management, editors are described as additional seats in your subscription. For team access details, see Team Members.

Seat counts are tied to collaboration. When editor membership changes across workspaces you own, Topologis reconciles the billed seat count to match that team access model.

Subscription status

The billing page shows the current state of an active subscription instead of treating billing as a hidden background process.

Depending on the account state, you may see indicators such as:

  • Trial end date
  • Renewal timing
  • Cancellation at period end
  • A generic subscription status label

This makes it easier to understand whether the account is actively renewing, still in trial, or set to end at the close of the current billing period.

Storage usage

The billing page also tracks storage usage across your account’s projects.

It shows how much storage is currently used and compares that with the Pro storage limit. In the current product and docs model, that limit is 10GB.

This section is useful when you need to understand whether growth in uploaded map data is approaching the plan limit.

Invoices

Invoices are listed on the billing page when they exist.

Each invoice entry includes:

  • Date
  • Subtotal
  • Total
  • Status
  • A link to view the PDF

If you have not started a subscription yet, the billing page shows that invoices will appear once billing begins.

Cancel or reactivate your plan

Billing controls are also managed from the billing page.

If you have an active or trialing Pro subscription, you can cancel it there. If the subscription is already set to cancel at the end of the current period, the billing page switches to a reactivation action instead.

This means you do not need a separate account area to manage plan continuation. The same page that shows status, usage, and invoices also exposes the main subscription control.
