Billing
The billing page in Topologis shows your current plan, subscription state, storage usage, and invoices in one place.
It is also where plan changes become visible, especially if you are collaborating with editors across one or more workspaces.
Plans and limits
Topologis has one paid plan in the product:
- Pro Plan: $29/month per editor and 10GB of storage
The billing page shows your Pro subscription state and pairs that with your current storage usage. If you need workspace context for how projects are organized, see Workspaces and Projects.
Free trial and upgrades
The billing page is where Pro subscription changes are surfaced.
If your account is in a trial period, the billing page shows the trial state and end date. Trial visibility, paid subscription state, and plan management all live on the same page, so there’s only one place to check.
Editor seats
Pro is billed per editor seat.
Pro is $29/month per editor seat, and the seat count on the billing page reflects the editors you’ve added across the workspaces you own. Adding an editor adds a seat; removing one drops it. For details on how editors work, see Team Members.
The implication: planning team access and planning billing are the same conversation. If you’re about to invite a larger group, take a look at the billing page first so the cost isn’t a surprise.
Subscription status
The billing page shows the live state of your subscription rather than hiding it behind a settings panel.
Depending on where your account is, you’ll see things like a trial end date, when the next renewal is due, or a notice that the subscription will end at the close of the current period. The point is to make it obvious at a glance whether your account is actively renewing, still in trial, or winding down.
Storage usage
The billing page also tracks storage usage across your account’s projects.
You’ll see how much storage is in use against the Pro limit of 10GB. Keep an eye on this as projects grow. Uploaded map data is the main thing that adds up, especially with high-resolution shapefiles or large CSVs.
Invoices
Invoices are listed on the billing page when they exist.
Each invoice entry includes:
- Date
- Subtotal
- Total
- Status
- A link to view the PDF
If you have not started a subscription yet, the billing page shows that invoices will appear once billing begins.
Cancel or reactivate your plan
Billing controls are also managed from the billing page.
If you have an active or trialing Pro subscription, you can cancel it there. If the subscription is already set to cancel at the end of the current period, the billing page switches to a reactivation action instead.
This means you do not need a separate account area to manage plan continuation. The same page that shows status, usage, and invoices also exposes the main subscription control.
